Our academic credentials are professional-development awards issued by Hind Culture Lab Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with institutional and industry partners, not formal university degrees.

2. Institutional Mission and Scope

The Hind School serves as India’s first immersion-based school for Applied India Studies.
We design and deliver educational experiences—including fellowships, postgraduate programmes (PGPs), and cultural immersions—that integrate field learning, seminars, and research.

3. Eligibility and Admission

  1. Eligibility: Applicants must meet the minimum academic or professional prerequisites published for each programme.

  2. Application Integrity: All information submitted must be true and complete. Misrepresentation may lead to rejection or dismissal.

  3. Selection: Admission decisions are merit-based and final, determined solely by The Hind School Admissions Committee.

  4. International Participants: Non-Indian citizens are responsible for securing required visas or permits; The Hind School does not guarantee immigration outcomes.

4. Programme Design and Certification

  1. Academic Framework:
    The Hind School’s programmes emphasise experiential and applied learning. Completion of the prescribed modules, assessments, and immersions is required for certification.

  2. Award Nature:
    Certificates such as the Postgraduate Programme in India Studies (PGP-IS), Hind Explorer, or Hind Fellowrepresent professional and academic accomplishments but are not equivalent to university degrees or diplomas.

  3. Autonomy:
    The Hind School retains full autonomy to revise curricula, faculty assignments, schedules, or delivery formats without prior notice to ensure academic quality.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  1. Tuition and Charges:
    All programme fees, including tuition, accommodation, and travel, must be paid as per the schedule communicated at admission.

  2. Payment Security:
    Transactions are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). The Hind School does not store sensitive card information.

  3. Refund Policy:
    Refund eligibility follows the specific cancellation policy for each programme. Fees are generally non-refundable once a cohort has commenced.

  4. Scholarships:
    All scholarships—merit or need-based—are discretionary and non-transferable. The School reserves the right to modify or withdraw awards.

6. Code of Conduct

  1. Professional Behaviour:
    Learners, mentors, and staff must maintain respect, inclusivity, and ethical integrity at all times.

  2. Field Immersion Etiquette:
    During off-campus or travel components, participants must comply with local laws, cultural norms, and safety guidelines.

  3. Academic Integrity:
    Plagiarism, data fabrication, or academic dishonesty may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Institutional Materials:
    All course content, visuals, research outputs, and designs remain the intellectual property of Hind Culture Lab Pvt. Ltd. or its partners.

  2. Student Work:
    Projects or media produced during the programme may be used by The Hind School for educational or promotional purposes with due attribution.

  3. Restrictions:
    Users may not reproduce, republish, or commercially distribute any material without written consent.
